A decent house from the outside, don’t judge a house by the stucco. We went into escrow on this house only to be disappointed, but have learned that due diligence is still key in making sure we don’t buy a money pit.

We thought we had found the right house.  It was the right area, had what we wanted, and generally looked decent from the street.  We put an offer on the house the same day as we saw it.  Next came the counteroffers.  The seller seemed to be playing games and bluffing.  Walk away from the property.  If you are a normal person, this is a real money pit.  If you are a flipper, maybe something can be done here?
